I wonder what you’d say if I told you
I wonder how your eyes might look if you knew
Conjecture fills the minutes in between
Now just suppose if I said something really mean

Let’s pretend I said it
Let’s dance and never move
Sit down, jump to conclusions
How I love the things you’ve never said

Let’s drop all pretense and just pretend
Let’s get to the heart of this tangent
I wonder what you’d do if I told you
Now just suppose if there was something I might do

I’m not who I would be, if I weren’t who I am
I won’t let you confuse me, green eggs and spam!

Now hold on a minute
I’m sure I had something important to say
If you’d loosen these straps
I’m sure I’d be able to explain

I sucked on the tomato
Now all that’s left is seeds

Like a grain of sand
Through the hourglass, on TV yesterday
I’ve eaten my crayons
My mistake, I have nothing left to say

Thanks, I gave at the office
Now there’s nothing left for me

I wonder what you’d say if I told you
I wonder how your eyes might look if you knew
Conjecture fills the minutes in between
Now just suppose if I did something really mean

Let’s pretend I said it
Let’s dance and never move
Sit down, jump to conclusions
I love this music in my head

I’m not who I would be, if I weren’t who I am
I won’t let you confuse me, green eggs and spam!
